Apex Group in Cape Town seeks a Senior Administrator - Dealing and Settlements to manage daily and monthly tasks on the Dealing and Settlements desk. You will ensure accurate cash movements, trade instructions, and fund transactions with attention to risk controls.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification and 3+ years in dealing and settlements or 4 years in operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and cash/trade cycles.
• Experience in Dealing and Settlements is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly tasks on the Dealing and Settlements desk.
• Prepare and execute cash transactions and investor fund movements.
• Capture, confirm and settle trades and fund subscriptions/redemptions.
