Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Administrator - Dealing & Settlements in Cape Town to manage daily and monthly Dealing and Settlements activities. You will prepare, capture and confirm trades, ensure timely execution of cash and trading instructions, and support fund subscriptions and redemptions with accuracy.

The role requires a tertiary qualification and 3+ years of relevant experience; strong knowledge of financial instruments and risk processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification and minimum 3+ years applicable experience or 4 years operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly tasks of the Dealing and Settlements desk.
• Prepare, capture and confirm trades and trade instructions.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of unit trusts and hedge fund of fund subscriptions/redemptions.
• Handle cash-related transactions including fund subscriptions, expenses, and third-party transfers.
