Job summary

Dynexity Pty Ltd in South Africa invites applications for a Settlements Officer to support trade matching and settlement processing across equities, fixed income and CIS investments, locally and internationally.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Investments/Economics and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in settlements/trade support within financial markets or fund services, with knowledge of SWIFT/OMGEO/Workbench workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Investments/Economics required.
• Minimum 3 years in settlements/trade support in financial markets.
• Experience with local and international markets preferred.

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

To be eligible to apply, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree (Commerce/Investments/Economics) with a minimum of 3 years experience in a Settlements/trade support role in financial markets/investments/fund services environment, with knowledge and experience in both local and international markets.
You will be involved in:

• Trade matching and settlement processing in various products: Equities, Fixed Income & CIS investments.
• Monitoring/processing of front office trades to ensure STP settlement into the accounting platform.
• Sending settlement instructions to all custodians via SWIFT, OMGEO, or Workbench.
