Job summary

Ovations Talent Sourcing is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Developer / Consultant for a 6 months contract in Johannesburg, working hybrid. The role focuses on implementing, developing and configuring the ServiceNow Operational Health and Safety module to digitise and automate Workplace Inspections and Audit processes.

You will develop a digital platform enabling contractors to upload safety files, submit for review, and assist OHS specialists with the review and approval process.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow technical development and consultation skills.
• Experience in ServiceNow implementation, development, and configuration.
• Experience with the ServiceNow Operational Health and Safety module and capabilities.
• Experience in digitisation and automation of Workplace Inspection and Audit processes.
• Experience developing digital platforms and automated workflows.
• Understanding of OHS processes and requirements.
• Experience with contractor safety file submission, review, and approval processes.
