Job description

ServiceNow technical developer/consultation skills with background in the implementation, development and configuration of ServiceNow Operational Health and Safety module and capabilities with specific focus on the digitization & automation of Workplace inspections and audit processes including checklists, registers, appointment letters and certificates. The scope of this also includes the development, implementation of a digital platform that allows contractors to upload safety files for review and approval by Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) specialists.

Ideal Candidate will need to carry the below Experience please :

6-10+ years ServiceNow development experience, including 2-5 years implementing Workplace Safety/OHS solutions, with proven experience in:

• Digitizing workplace inspections and audits.
• Automating safety file review and approval workflows.
• Developing forms, checklists, registers, certificates, and appointment letter processes.
• Integrating ServiceNow with document repositories and enterprise systems.
• Delivering OHS compliance solutions aligned to ISO 45001 and regulatory requirements.
