Job summary

DeARX is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Developer for a 6-month contract based in Sandton. The role focuses on developing, configuring and implementing ServiceNow OHS capabilities to digitise workplace inspections, audits and contractor safety processes.

The successful candidate will translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions, design workflows, integration points and ensure governance with ServiceNow standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Software Developer / Technical Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Experience implementing and developing ServiceNow Operational Health and Safety (OHS) solutions.
• Demonstrated experience digitising and automating workplace inspections and audit processes.
• Experience developing checklists, registers, appointment letters and certificates within ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Experience designing workflow-driven approval processes.
• Experience developing solutions for contractor management and safety-file submission/review processes.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration and development practices.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical development, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow Operational Health and Safety (OHS) capabilities, with a strong focus on digitising and automating workplace inspection, audit and contractor safety processes.
