ServiceNow (SNOW) Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Expert to drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of our ServiceNow ecosystem. You will work across ITOM, CMDB, APM / PPM, and integrations to deliver a scalable, high-performing platform that supports real-time visibility, automation, and digital transformation. This role is ideal for a seasoned SNOW professional who thrives on enterprise-level architecture, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, APM / PPM, and related capabilities.
  • Own and enhance the CMDB architecture, ensuring accuracy, governance, relationship mapping, and alignment with organisational standards.
  • Manage integrations with ITAM, Software Asset Management, architecture tools (e.g., BlueDolphin), CI / CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and third‑party systems.
  • Define and implement automation, discovery patterns, and service mapping for improved operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow Application Development standards (CAD).
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, platform governance, performance optimisation, and data quality.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption of APM, PPM, and ITOM capabilities.
  • Create dashboards and reporting using Performance Analytics and deliver insights to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure platform alignment with ITIL processes and enterprise architecture.
Required Qualifications & Certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CMDB
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ITIL® Foundation v3 or v4
  • Micro‑certifications in Performance Analytics, APM, or related domains
Technical Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow APM or PPM, including lifecycle management, capability modelling, and portfolio insights.
  • Expertise in ITAM integrations, SAM, or enterprise asset lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automated deployment frameworks.
  • Knowledge of architecture visualisation tools such as BlueDolphin or other CMDB‑integrated tools.
  • Deep understanding of CMDB structure, health, discovery patterns, and service mapping.
  • Strong experience in workflow automation, scripting (JavaScript), and UI policy / Business Rules design.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with clear documentation.
