Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required or equivalent.
• Experience with workshop operations and quality/warranty processes is essential.
• DMS and MS Office proficiency required; strong leadership and customer service orientation expected.

Responsibilities

• Define market targets for workshops and develop annual plans.
• Plan and optimize workshop facilities, bays, tools, and resources.
• Lead and develop the workshop team; monitor performance and HR development.
• Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz standards and legal regulations.
• Oversee planning and execution of marketing, pricing, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintain customer service quality, handle escalations, and ensure profitable workshop operations.
• Collaborate with management on investments, HR plans, and process improvements.
• Ensure documentation and invoicing are accurate and that spare parts availability supports service delivery.
