Research-Square is partnering with multiple established Dutch partners to hire Service Technicians in HVAC or industrial refrigeration. You will work on heating, cooling, and climate installations, with opportunities in hospitals, offices, and shopping centres across the Netherlands.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, strong fault-finding skills, and willingness to relocate. A permanent contract with visa and relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• Education in Refrigeration Technology, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 4 years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience with HVAC, heating/cooling or industrial refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of F-gases and relevant safety regulations is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on technical installations.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out repairs, inspections and technical measurements.

Research-Square is partnering with multiple established technical companies across the Netherlands that are looking for experienced Service Technicians. Depending on your expertise, you can work on HVAC and building services or industrial refrigeration projects.

Some partners work across both disciplines, while others specialise in one. You do not need experience in both HVAC and refrigeration — we will match your technical background with the right employer and project.

As an HVAC Technician, you will work on heating, cooling and climate installations in environments such as hospitals, offices and shopping centres. Your work can include boilers, heat pumps, chillers, pumps and water-based HVAC systems.

As an Industrial Refrigeration Technician, you will work on complex refrigeration installations for customers in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing. Depending on the project, you will work with technologies including Ammonia (NH₃), CO₂ and other refrigerants.

We're hiring Service Technicians to help:

We're looking for someone experienced with as much of the following as possible:

• Education: Refrigeration Technology, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience with HVAC, heating/cooling or industrial refrigeration systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• For refrigeration roles: experience with industrial refrigeration, with NH₃ experience being particularly relevant.
• For HVAC roles: experience with boilers, heat pumps, chillers, pumps and water-based HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of F-gases and relevant safety regulations is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands.
