Atlas Copco Industrial SA (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive service sales growth by leveraging technical expertise and a deep understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the Power Technique Services Business Line Manager, you will implement effective service sales strategies and prepare quotations for customers.

The role requires maintaining customer relationships, meeting CRS targets, and regular site visits to grow market share, with on-site work at the Jet Park,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare part, service and repair quotations for customers.
• Ensure CRS Sales targets for Service Operations and Part Sales are met.
• Continuously drive customer satisfaction by facilitating fast and efficient service.
• Grow CRS Business by improving the 1:1 ratio and increasing customer share in the Equipment population.
• Maintain and increase customer share by conducting regular customer visits.
• Prepare monthly reports of activities and statistics of quotations vs orders received.
• Monitor and report on competitor and pirate activity in the area and at key customers.
• Have in-depth knowledge of Atlas Copco competitors’ products and market share in your area of responsibility.
• Report on the pricing structure of our competitors and changes.
• Involvement of tenders, quotations and proposals.
• Assist with the collection of outstanding monies due from sales.
• Monthly/quarterly structure quality meetings with key clients.
• Carry out any function or duty as may be required in terms of “The Way We Do Things”.
• Promote company image, service, spares and sales.
• Assist marketing with service proposals.
