LIST OF TASKS

• Full responsibility of services within the Branch Asset Management
• Customer visits and liaison / problem solving and ensure HACCP compliance.
• Infield support to PCO's in terms of HACCP clients and standards.
• Vehicle maintenance/servicing and check list
• Supervision of loading and uploading of stock from cages
• Management, oversight, and involvement in health & safety procedures in conjunction with health & safety representative
• Adherence to and achieving stipulated key performance indicators in terms of use of handheld devices; providing services on time and sequencing of services followed Manage installations, maintenance tickets and withdrawals
• Order & control of stock and warehouse Stock management and control of contract consumables
• Staff management & training
• Attend meetings as required at customers sites
• Management and coordination of client safety files and safety files at client sites to keep them up to date and current.
• Manage employee medicals and inductions for specific sites where needed to keep these certifications current and up to date so that work can be conducted at these sites without interruption.
• Performance of reasonable tasks other than what is stated above
