Job summary

The Associate Service Coordinator acts as a central point of contact for routine service support while driving service excellence

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ IS Service Management experience.
• Courses/Diplomas in IS Service Management (ITIL, COBIT, ISO9001).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident management and service level management.
• Coordinate change management activities and CAB processes.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Provide timely updates and maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Support CSAT, NPS, and VoC reporting and actions.
