Job summary

Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a Service Centre Administrator to join the HiFi Corp brand in Cape Town. You will deliver excellent customer service, support achievement of sales targets, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge across the store.

In this role you will contribute to merchandising and store presentation, support safety and security, and work with the team to ensure a smooth, customer-focused operation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Matric qualification.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in the retail environment.
