Job summary

Pepkor Lifestyle in Ballito is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the HiFi Corp brand to lead a store team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will manage stock, merchandising, and service operations while fostering a customer-centric culture.

The ideal candidate holds Grade 12 and at least three years in Retail Management, with strong leadership, financial awareness, and adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment.
