Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking an SEO Manager, Urgent Care. You will own search strategy for a book of urgent care clients, shaping the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking narrative. You’ll be the strategic voice at the table, guiding decisions and client outcomes.

You will coordinate technical SEO work, keyword priorities, AI-assisted drafting, and multi-location SEO, with regular GA4/Search Console reporting and quarterly client roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience with audits and fixes.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Strong English for live calls with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, architecture.
• Define keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers/AI.
• Improve visibility in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Lead local and multi-location SEO strategies where needed.
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting; support quarterly roadmaps.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As SEO Manager, Urgent Care you own search for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
