Qualifications

• At least 2 years managing SEO retainers specifically.

• Able to lead client meetings, including challenging ones.
• Self-directed and comfortable owning a portfolio without hand-holding.

The role sits at the centre of the client experience: owning the relationship, running regular performance reviews, presenting GA4 and Search Console data in plain language, and working closely with the SEO team to make sure client needs are met and communicated clearly.

There are no hard sales targets, but commission is available on genuine upsell opportunities.

• 3 to 5 years of agency account management or client services experience
• At least 2 years managing SEO retainers specifically

• Self-directed and comfortable owning a portfolio without hand-holding
• Salary up to R40 000 per month.
