The ideal candidate has 5+ years coordinating corporate wellness programs, strong project management and data analysis skills, and the ability to partner with HR and management to embed wellness into policy and practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience coordinating or managing corporate wellness programs.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting on program metrics.
• Ability to work effectively in both remote and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic wellness programs focused on physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Coordinate and promote wellness activities, workshops, and events for employees, both virtually and in-person.
• Monitor program participation and effectiveness, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and report on outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and management to integrate wellness initiatives into the company culture and policies.
• Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and necessary resources efficiently.
