Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of industrial water treatment experience with a focus on chemical applications.
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry, scale and corrosion inhibition, microbial control, and separation processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical expertise on industrial water treatment chemical applications and processes.
• Develop and optimize chemical treatment formulations and application strategies for various industrial sectors.
• Conduct field assessments, pilot studies, and performance evaluations of water treatment programs.
• Troubleshoot complex water treatment challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, technical service, and R&D teams to support product development and customer needs.
• Develop technical training materials and deliver presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards related to chemical usage.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and competitive offerings in water treatment.
