Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Roodepoort, Gauteng, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a large, high‑volume warehouse. You will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control, while driving improvements and cost efficiencies.

Strong ERP/WMS and SAP experience, plus KPI tracking and team leadership, are essential. The role requires a relevant qualification in logistics or operations, 7+ years of experience, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years' experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proven experience leading and developing a large, multi-function warehouse operation.
Experience working with ERP/WMS systems, SAP, warehouse scanning and related technology.
Strong understanding of inventory control, receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch processes.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements and delivering measurable operational efficiencies.
Experience in warehouse layout, capacity planning, space optimisation and resource planning.
Experience managing operational budgets and controlling warehouse costs.
Strong Excel and data-analysis capability.
Experience managing health, safety, security and compliance within a warehouse environment.
