Job summary

K2 Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst to align Odoo ERP with warehouse automation. You will bridge Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance and IT, ensuring scalable integration and optimised operations.

Responsibilities cover functional design, testing, go-live, and continuous improvement within a fast-growing warehouse automation environment.

Qualifications

8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP/functional consultant
5+ years in warehouse, distribution or logistics ( FMCG / 3PL preferred)
5+ years ERP experience in inventory, warehousing or logistics with Odoo preferred
Experience leading warehouse automation implementations from design to go-live
Experience aligning ERP/WMS with physical warehouse processes and automation

Responsibilities

Lead functional integration of Odoo with warehouse automation (WMS/WCS/WES) and robotics
Document and align ERP configurations with warehouse processes and data
Own requirements gathering, BPMN/To-Be analysis and backlog prioritisation
Translate requirements into functional specs, data mappings and user stories
Lead testing, UAT, cutover planning and go-live support
Coordinate with partners and internal IT for FAT/SAT and delivery
Develop SOPs, training materials and user adoption plans
Provide Level 2/3 support for ERP and automation integrations
