Job summary

INUKA is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to align ERP, WMS and warehouse automation across scanning, conveyors, robotics and pick-to-light systems. You will bridge Warehouse & Logistics with Sales, Manufacturing and Finance, translating operations into functional specs and ensuring quality and adoption.

You will own end-to-end ERP/WMS configuration, manage integrations, data migration and master data governance, while supporting high-growth order fulfilment and cross-border

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant in warehousing or supply-chain environments

Responsibilities

• Bridge Warehouse & Logistics, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance and BizTech; translate ops needs into specs
• Ensure ERP/WMS configuration matches physical operations and integration with automation
• Lead testing of integrations (APIs, EDI, middleware) and data migration with UAT
• Drive adoption by building SOPs and training material for shop-floor users
• Manage ERP and automation partners with clear deliverables and FAT/SAT
