Placements24 is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote, high-performing design team. You will shape user experiences and visual design for web and mobile across diverse digital products.

You will conduct user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, maintain a design system, and collaborate with product managers and developers in a remote setting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Design or related field, 6+ years of experience, and strong skills in Figma,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio across web and mobile.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and IA.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities is a plus.

Requirements

• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities and limitations is beneficial.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
