Placements24 is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer for a fully remote role. You will shape user experiences and interfaces for cutting-edge software, collaborating with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to translate complex needs into intuitive digital products.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in UX/UI, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision. Experience with SaaS or complex enterprise software is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or InVision.
• Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to implementation for new features.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and products, from concept to final implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and layout.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote team setting.
