Key Responsibilities

Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers throughout the design and development process. Champion user-centered design principles and best practices within the team. Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment. Experience with design systems is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
