As the Senior UX/UI Designer, responsibilities include crafting and enhancing user experiences across diverse digital platforms, using cutting-edge tools and techniques to deliver seamless, visually captivating interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements
• Develop and articulate comprehensive UX/UI design strategies
• Generate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other design tools
• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover user needs and refine designs
• Present and pitch design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to established design systems and brand guidelines
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• 6-10 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Mastery of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, After Effects, AutoCAD, Axure RP, Sketch App, SketchUp, and SOLIDWORKS
• Deep understanding of Design Thinking, Design Systems, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision and Rapid Prototyping techniques
• Proficiency in usability testing methods and user research
• Strong Critical Thinking, Creative Concept Design, and Strategic Thinking skills
• Familiarity with Responsive Web Design principles
