Placements24 is seeking a highly creative Senior UX/UI Designer to join our client's team in Midrand. You will craft intuitive and visually compelling user experiences across a diverse slate of digital products, shaping the user journey and ensuring interfaces are both beautiful and highly usable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design/prototyping tools.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling user interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital products.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and innovation within the team.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design strategies.
