Placements24 is seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer to join a remote team. You will translate user needs into intuitive web and mobile experiences, collaborating with product managers and developers to shape engaging interfaces.

The role focuses on wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and maintaining design systems. A strong portfolio and familiarity with Figma or similar tools are essential, with a passion for user-centered design.

Formación

• A degree or certification in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate design rationale.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
