About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for their digital products in Port Elizabeth . You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products are not only visually appealing but also exceptionally user-friendly, driving user satisfaction and adoption within the Arts & Entertainment domain. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, user testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.


• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.


• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guides across all products.


• Collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers to implement designs seamlessly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design , with a focus on digital products in the Arts & Entertainment industry.


• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.


• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.


• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.


• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
