About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary Senior UX/UI Designer to enhance user experiences for their digital products, based in George . You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that drive user satisfaction and achieve business goals. This role involves deep dives into user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design, working closely with product managers and developers to bring concepts to life. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design principles, and the ability to advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design high-fidelity user interface mockups and visually appealing graphics, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across all devices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to define product requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions.
• Work hand-in-hand with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and optimal user flow.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and performance data.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing successful digital product design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing methodologies.
