Placements24 is seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to drive design strategy for our digital products in a fully remote environment. You will shape the user experience vision, translate complex requirements into elegant interfaces, and guide a talented design team across product areas.

You will collaborate with product managers and developers, advocate for users, and establish scalable design systems while operating in an asynchronous, remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of UX/UI design experience including lead/senior roles.
• Experience designing complex web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered, interaction and visual design principles.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in remote distributed teams.
• Strong portfolio of UX/UI projects.
