Rad Resources is seeking a proven sales and dealership leader to drive performance across the used-vehicle department. You will recruit, train and mentor sales executives, ensuring ethical practices while maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue.

With at least eight years in the motor industry and prior management experience, you will collaborate with finance teams to offer competitive packages, value vehicles, and meet budgets.

Formación

• Must have Grade 12/Matric qualification.
• Diploma in Business Management or Marketing Management advantageous.
• Relevant motor industry experience minimum of 8 years, preferably in used cars.
• Track record in sales of used vehicles.
• Previous management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; confident engaging people at all levels of seniority.
• Sound business acumen to support strategic growth initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales executives to achieve targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Source, price, display, and merchandise used vehicles to optimize sales.
• Assist sales executives with follow-ups, escalations, and closing deals while upholding ethical practices.
• Collaborate with finance and insurance managers to offer competitive packages.
• Vehicle valuation and monitoring of financial indicators to meet budgets.
• Stock management: set standards, visualize, report and action insights.
• Improve customer experience and implement action plans to boost retention.
• Drive sales growth and dealer profitability.
