The incumbent will monitor nursing care delivery, coordinate capacity building, mentoring and training, and drive quality improvement across the unit while aligning with governance, infection prevention, safety standards and patient care excellence.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate improved quality nursing care and ensure compliance to professional and ethical practice.
• Monitor and ensure nursing care and service delivery is implemented within a multi-disciplinary quality assurance team.
• Coordinate capacity building, mentoring and training for staff.
• Identify quality improvement opportunities and ensure governance, risk management and patient safety standards are maintained.
