Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience as Unit Manager or in a supervisory role in a hospital unit.
• Strong knowledge of infection prevention and quality assurance.
• Experience with auditing and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nursing Manager to achieve quality patient care.
• Manage patient risks to achieve patient safety.
• Ensure a positive patient experience in line with benchmarks.
• Ensure optimal utilisation of a competent and engaged workforce and other resources.
• Lead and manage direct reports.
• Establish and manage key stakeholder relationships to achieve integrated patient care and positive clinical outcomes.
