Job summary

Phoenix Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Travel Specialist in Bryanston to design, quote and book journeys for high-end FITs to Southern Africa, coordinating with overseas agents.

The role requires managing reservations, supplier relations, and tour operations to ensure seamless group experiences from start to finish.

• Quote and convert private charter requests within required turnaround time.
• Negotiate and secure best rates with preferred suppliers.

• Manage allocated bookings in Tourplan.
• Manage allocated Touring suppliers.
• Reservations and operational duties to manage specific scheduled tours effectively.
• Ensure pre-, during-, and post-tour procedures are adhered to, as per group standards.
• Monitor group numbers and manage specific scheduled tour departures and supplier allocations.
• Maintain contact with tour guides throughout scheduled tours and private charters.
