• You know South Africa and the surrounding region like the back of your hand.
• You love the puzzle of designing bespoke, tailor-made itineraries on Tourplan.
• Agents and suppliers love working with you because you are reliable, sharp, and always bring your A-game.
• When travel hiccups happen, you swoop in with creative solutions before anyone even notices a ripple.

What Your Days Will Look Like

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 5 years in inbound tourism, specifically working with the high-end, luxury FIT market.
• Working knowledge of Tourplan is a massive plus.
• Matric/Grade 12 required (a Travel & Tourism qualification is even better!).
• Razor-sharp attention to detail, strong financial savvy for margin management, and top-tier communication skills in English.
• Integrity, discretion, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine love for learning about new products and industry trends.
