Job summary

Communicate Recruitment seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary transportation projects, coordinating delivery, budgets and quality. You will manage client relationships, sub-consultants and external providers, ensuring timely progress and robust documentation.

The role requires senior-level programme management, strong reporting, and business development awareness, with a focus on maintaining quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in the design and/or management of transportation or multi-disciplinary projects.
• At least 5 years post-professional registration experience.
• Proven experience in project and programme management.
• Strong client liaison and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing sub-consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong report writing, planning, coordination and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness with exposure to tenders and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and management of multi-disciplinary projects and programmes.
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Procure, coordinate and manage sub-consultants and external service providers.
• Monitor project progress, quality, budgets and deliverables.
• Compile feasibility studies, design reports and tender adjudication documentation.
• Support tender submissions and identify opportunities for business development.
• Implement and maintain effective site and project quality management processes.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects remain aligned with agreed timelines.
