Job summary

BVi Consulting Engineers Western Cape (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town seeks a Multi-Disciplinary Project Manager for a permanent role. You will lead multi-disciplinary projects, liaise with clients, manage sub-consultants, and implement the cloud-based quality system.

Candidates should have a BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering, 10+ years in design/management of transportation or multi-disciplinary projects, and preferably PrEng/PrCPM with PMP. Willingness to relocate to Cape Town is required.

Qualifications

• BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering.
• 5 years post-registration experience (PrEng or PrCPM).
• Postgraduate degree and/or PMP registration would be advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in the design or management of transportation or multi-disciplinary projects.
• Willing to relocate to Cape Town.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera and the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Project and programme management on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Client liaison and key account management.
• Sub-consultant procurement and management.
• Implementation of BVi's cloud-based site quality management system.
• Compilation of feasibility reports, design reports and tender adjudication reports.
• Tenders and business development.
