Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• 5–8 years of administrative experience in transport/logistics or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is compulsory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and internet applications.
• Experience with transport administration systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Transport Department.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and departmental documentation.
• Coordinate transport-related administrative processes and ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Process quotations, invoices, requisitions and other admin documentation.
• Maintain and update transport systems, registers and databases.
• Liaise with internal departments and external service providers.
• Assist with reporting, record keeping and general office administration.
