In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable programs, manage budgets, and deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in trade marketing, brand management or FMCG roles.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market insights.
• Proficiency with MS Office and trade analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen/IRI).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support brand objectives and drive retail sales.
• Create and manage annual trade marketing plans, promotions, in-store activations, and merchandising programs.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and shopper insights to optimize in-store execution.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers to align activities with overall brand strategy.
• Work with Sales to translate plans into programs for key retail accounts.
• Manage the trade marketing budget to ensure ROI.
• Build relationships with retail partners for optimal brand visibility.
• Evaluate effectiveness of initiatives and report to senior management.
• Oversee development and production of POS materials and in-store displays.
• Stay current with retail trends and competitor activity.
