Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent software-testing certification.
• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in software testing and QA environments.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience within banking, payments, fintech, or payment scheme environments.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data reconciliation and data-validation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programme-level test strategies, test plans, schedules, and governance processes.
• Review requirements, APIs, interfaces, and requirements to derive test conditions and scenarios.
• Create detailed process documentation with flowcharts and narratives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and traceability matrices.
• Coordinate integration testing across multiple systems and external interfaces.
• Manage defects from logging to closure with proper evidence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and vendors.
• Support UAT preparation, execution, and sign-off.
• Assist with certification testing and readiness assessments.
• Identify risks and mitigations related to testing activities.
