Placements24 is seeking a Senior Telecoms Software Developer to join a fully remote engineering team. You will design, develop, and deploy backend services powering telecommunications platforms and customer-facing applications.

You will work with product managers, architects, and other developers to build scalable, high-performance software, focusing on distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, telecom focus.
• Proficient in Java, Python, C++, or Go and relevant frameworks.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of telecom protocols and standards (e.g., SIP, Diameter, SS7) is a major advantage.
