About the Role

Our client, a prominent telecommunications enterprise, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Telecommunications Project Manager to lead critical network infrastructure projects. This hybrid role, based in Midrand, Gauteng , requires a strategic leader capable of managing complex projects from initiation through to completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects related to network deployment, upgrades, and system integrations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position demands exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of telecommunications technologies and project management methodologies. You will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of telecommunications projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies (e.g., fiber optics, wireless, IP networking, cloud services).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
