Job summary

People Dimension in South Africa seeks a capable technical specialist to support system integrators, engineers, facility managers, end users and internal staff with advanced technical guidance.

The role includes delivering product demos, trainings, troubleshooting hardware and software, coordinating with international manufacturing partners on updates and enhancements, supporting sales engagements, and staying current with new technologies and product developments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to System Integrators, Consulting Engineers, Facility Managers, End Users, and internal staff.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training sessions.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting hardware, software, and system integration issues.
• Liaise with international manufacturing partners regarding technical queries, software updates, and product enhancements.
• Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer engagements and project discussions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, software releases, and product developments.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
