Job summary

Network Finance in Gauteng is seeking a seasoned infrastructure programme leader to deliver a large-scale transformation across multiple technical workstreams. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate multi-vendor environments, and ensure governance, security, and operational readiness.

You will shape integration across Exchange, hybrid identity, IAM, PKI, and cloud, translating complex technical detail into clear executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Technology Management, Programme Management, or Business Administration advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years’ enterprise infrastructure experience.
• Proven track record leading complex global infrastructure programmes.
• Strong governance and executive stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans across multiple technical workstreams.
• Drive delivery across infrastructure, identity, messaging, networking, security, cloud and readiness initiatives.
• Manage dependencies, risks, budgets, resources, and supplier performance.
• Oversee programme governance, reporting and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, readiness assessments, cutover planning, and post-implementation reviews.
• Coordinate multi-vendor environments and ensure delivery against scope, quality and service objectives.
• Ensure production deployments meet governance, security, testing, monitoring, rollback and support requirements.
• Drive operational readiness, service transition, hypercare and BAU acceptance activities.
• Translate technical complexity into business-focused reporting for leadership.
