Job summary

Network Finance seeks a Senior Infrastructure Technical Programme Manager to own a large-scale infrastructure modernisation programme. You will blend programme leadership with technical depth to guide specialist teams, challenge designs and manage risks to ensure successful delivery.

You will oversee governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness across multiple workstreams, including security, compliance and continuity planning, in a regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Degree in IT/CS or related field.
10+ years enterprise infrastructure experience.
5+ years leading complex programmes with multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale enterprise infrastructure programme.
Develop and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
Coordinate infrastructure, identity, messaging, networking, security, migration and operational readiness workstreams.
Drive governance, risk management, QA, and delivery controls across the programme.
Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, readiness assessments and cutover planning.
Manage vendors, service providers and specialist technology teams to ensure delivery outcomes.
Identify, escalate and resolve cross-functional programme risks and dependencies.
Ensure infrastructure solutions meet resilience, security, compliance and operational requirements.
Oversee migration activities, cutovers, hypercare and transition to BAU.
