Job summary

Network Finance seeks a seasoned infrastructure programme leader to own end-to-end delivery of a complex transformation. You will challenge designs, manage dependencies and risks, and engage engineers, architects, suppliers, and executives to ensure successful delivery.

You will oversee installation, Exchange/messaging, identity, interconnectivity, migrations, cutovers, and handover, driving governance and operational readiness across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Technology Management, Programme Management, or Business Administration advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in enterprise infrastructure, technology operations, infrastructure engineering, architecture, or technical delivery.
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading complex enterprise infrastructure programmes or major technology workstreams.
• Experience delivering across discovery, design, procurement, build, testing, migration, cutover, hypercare, and operational handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans across multiple technical workstreams.
• Drive delivery across infrastructure, identity, messaging, networking, security, cloud, and operational readiness initiatives.
• Manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, budgets, resources, and supplier performance.
• Oversee programme governance, reporting, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, readiness assessments, cutover planning, and post-implementation reviews.
• Coordinate multi-vendor environments and ensure successful delivery against scope, quality, and service objectives.
• Ensure all production deployments meet governance, security, testing, monitoring, rollback, and support requirements.
• Drive operational readiness, service transition, hypercare, and BAU acceptance activities.
• Translate technical complexity into business-focused reporting for executive leadership and governance forums.
