The role requires deep knowledge of modern engines (Unreal/Unity), shader development, and strong collaboration with designers and engineers to push visual fidelity while maintaining performance across platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Artist with emphasis on real-time rendering.
• Strong optimization of 3D assets for real-time environments.
• Proficiency in Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and real-time engines (Unreal Engine/Unity).
• Experience with Python, C#, or shading languages (HLSL/GLSL) for tools and shaders.
• Understanding of PBR workflows and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize 3D art assets (models, textures, materials) for real-time rendering pipelines.
• Create, maintain, and improve shaders and materials using industry-standard tools and engines.
• Develop tools and scripts to streamline the art production workflow and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and engineers to define technical requirements and solve visual challenges.
• Optimize assets and scenes for performance, ensuring smooth frame rates and efficient memory usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to art assets, shaders, and rendering.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in real-time rendering technologies, game engines, and art pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the art team.
• Document technical processes and best practices.
