Placements24 seeks an accomplished Senior Project Manager - Technology to lead transformative digital initiatives. This fully remote role involves orchestrating large-scale technology projects, driving integration across software, hardware, and infrastructure, and coordinating a globally distributed team of engineers, product managers, and business analysts.

You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets, and communicate progress to executives while maintaining focus on risks and delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing large-scale technology projects, with a focus on software development and IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and modern technology stacks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; PMP or relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
• Oversee the integration of new software applications, hardware systems, and technological infrastructure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress.
• Monitor project performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Report on project status, key metrics, and potential risks to executive leadership and stakeholders.
