aston holmes is seeking a Senior Talent Partner – Risk and Compliance to support a global financial services client. This role involves leading end-to-end recruitment, partnering with US stakeholders, and delivering complex hires across international markets from Cape Town or Johannesburg.

You will own sourcing strategies, run high-velocity processes, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while acting as a credible ambassador for the client and aston holmes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in large corporates or complex matrix environments.
• Experience recruiting within Risk and Compliance is essential.
• Proven experience hiring for Director-level roles within financial services or similar environments.
• Strong exposure to international markets and comfort working across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Risk and Compliance roles, from briefing through to offer.
• Partner with US-based stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and solve complex delivery challenges.
• Build and execute targeted sourcing plans using outbound search, market intelligence, and AI-powered tools.
• Translate role requirements into compelling, insight-driven briefs for a competitive market.
• Run structured, high-velocity hiring processes balancing pace with candidate experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing aston holmes with credibility and consistency.
• Manage offer processes with precision across multiple decision-makers and timelines.
