Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field such as Systems Biology or Computational Biology.

Requirements

• PhD in Systems Biology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral research experience in systems biology or a closely related area.
• Proven expertise in developing and applying network analysis, modeling, and simulation techniques to biological data.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant modeling/analysis tools (e.g., NetworkX, Cytoscape, MATLAB, R/Bioconductor).
• Strong understanding of molecular biology, cell biology, and pathway analysis.
• Experience with integrating and analyzing diverse types of biological data.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with machine learning techniques applied to biological data is a plus.
• Experience managing research projects and mentoring junior staff.
